Our Mission

The purpose of the Northwest Pilot Car Association is to unite members of the pilot service industry from Idaho, Montana, Oregon and Washington in order to facilitate harmonization necessary to enhance the safety in the pilot car and transportation industry.

 

Our mission is to bring professionalism to the pilot car industry by having officers and members lead by example, by educating the public, and keep members informed of rules and regulations within the states they will be piloting.
